Grievance redressal

We will not accept anonymous grievances or any grievance with information left incomplete. Fake submissions are also not be accepted.

Applicable law

The Republic of India shall retain exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in relation to any disputes arising out of the use of the Website, including the Services.

Any litigation against the Company shall only be instituted in the courts of New Delhi after exhausting the grievance redressal clause mentioned above and the alternate dispute resolution clause mentioned in this Privacy Policy.

Alternate dispute resolution

You and the Company agree that prior to either party filing a lawsuit regarding any claims under the Privacy Policy, by one party against the other related to the Website, shall engage in good faith pre-litigation mediation.

If no resolution is reached during the course of the mediation proceedings, either party can and shall proceed with arbitration before initiating litigation at the courts of Delhi. The aforesaid arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Indian Council of Arbitration and the award made in pursuance thereof shall be binding on the parties.

You and the Company agree that neither party will initiate a lawsuit until exhausting the aforementioned efforts. The only exception to this clause is that the Company may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in court regarding your alleged or threatened conduct.
