American poet Louise Glück bags Nobel Prize 2020 in Literature

The Nobel Prize 2020 in Literature is awarded to the American Poet Louise Glück “for her unmistakable poetic voice that with austere beauty makes individual existence universal”.

American Poet and Essayist, Louise Elisabeth Glück was born on April 22, 1943, in New York. She has won many prestigious awards for her literary work including Pulitzer Prize, National Book Award in Poetry, Boston Book Review’s Bingham Poetry Prize, The New Yorker’s Book Award in Poetry, and much more.
