PM Modi is on a five-day tour to Sweden and UK with an aim to enhance bilateral cooperation in significant areas – Science and technology, trade and investments. He attended the first India-Nordic Summit on April 17th in Sweden and will attend Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in UK. The five Nordic countries – Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, Norway and Finland leaders met together to enhance cooperation in innovation and climate change.

In the same way, in this world no country can live in isolation. Every country have to build and maintain a good relationship with neighbours, friends and others for mutual existence and benefits. Study of this interaction among countries is called International Relations(IR) or International Politics . IR is a field of Political Science, that aims to explain and study the interaction among states in this global interstate system. IR also studies the behaviour of the leaders/ organisations in a originating state that tries to influence the behaviour of other state/country.
Head of the states/countries, visit other countries aiming to improve their relations in various areas such as climate change, investments etc.
