Colleges: There are currently an approximate of 387 architecture colleges in India. The general procedure to get admission is to write the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA ) entrance exam conducted by the council of architecture in India. Opportunity: The construction boom in India since early 2000s has led to more opportunities for B. Architecture graduates. Architects have the option of branching into fields of Interiors & Construction practices. Some choose to do Masters degree in their interested subjects and progress into research oriented areas of using environmentally responsible materials or choose to teach various subjects in the same domain including History of world architecture.
